God. I am so addicted to reality television.
Ok, so Rocky is mute. He never, ever meows. Tiglet and Doogle meow all the time, but Rocky just doesn't.
Anyway, I went looking for him before and he was in the bathroom. I walked in and said hello and he meowed back at me. TWICE. I am so proud. ~struts~
Of course, when I tried to show Ken, he was mute again and made me seem crazy.
So, I work with this chick and she is 35 and still lives with her mom and dad. I keep telling her that she needs to get out and live on her own so that she can really be happy, but she says she can't because she has diabetes. BIG, HUGE ROLLEYES.
WTF? I would kill myself if I still lived at home at 35. How can you fuck anyone?
She also claims that she can't afford to move out, which is insane seeing as how I supported myself AND Ken for the first year we were married.
I am so rambling now. It's because I'm so fucking tired.
I am going to play solitaire now because my life is just that exciting, folks.

I got a promotion.

If you find this post offensive for any reason, you'll get over it. I'm feeling particularly bitchy--not to mention that I am in a lot of pain--today.
1. Each other is two words, not one.
2. It is definitely. There is no a in it.
3. There is no such thing as would of (should of, could of, etc.). It is would have.
4. You keep things separate, you do not keep them seperate.
5. It is a koi pond. No matter how shy the fish are, they are not coy.
Of course now that I've made this entry, I am panicking that I may have spelled something wrong. If so, please feel free to let me know. I am as annoyed with my own spelling and grammar errors as I am with other people's errors.
P.S. If you are ever confused (this assumes you actually care about how you spell things), do what I do; consult dictionary.com or something.

Ugh. I haven't had a real update in here in a while.
Life has been pretty crazy for the last few weeks. I sometimes don't know whether to laugh or cry.
Uncle J has been in and out of the hospital with infections from the chemo. He had to stop getting it for a bit until the infections cleared up. He was also sick with a cold and stuff, which was making it all worse. I don't really like to go on and on about it, because he's like my father to me. When my dad died, Uncle J went up to the coffin and promised him that he would take care of my mom, me and my sister. This was in 1974 and he hasn't stopped since. He's my mom's brother, but he's also her best friend. It's really quite emotional for her and that kills me, too.
Anyway, pray for him if you're into that. <3
I know I mentioned this briefly, but Mom got fired in March. She has worked at the same job for almost twenty years and they just fired her one day with no warning. She didn't want to tell any of us, because she didn't want us to worry. My poor mom. So typical of her. I knew something was wrong and finally got it out of her and made her tell my sister and Uncle J.
Since he's been in and out of the hospital, she's been able to spend time with him now. She's looking for a job, but she's more worried about him.
It's killing me because my mom was always the one helping me out financially, and now all I can think of is what I can do for her. It's breaking my heart that she has to be in this position. My mom is very proud and doesn't like to rely on anyone (familiar anyone?). I pick up groceries and little things for her and have started taking DVDs out at the library for her to watch.
I don't know. It's all just so sad.
In the good news department (yes, sometimes that happens), my sister bought a house. She is divorced and has custody of my nephew, so I'm pretty impressed. She did this all by herself. Obviously, we are on talking terms again. It's good, actually. It's a lot less stress.
Ken and I made French Toast and bacon and brought it over to my mom's house for Mother's Day. We ate breakfast with her and she seemed to really be touched. It didn't cost us anything, but it made us all feel so happy.
Some bitch hit my car yesterday WHILE I WAS IN IT and then drove away. Cunt.
I got it fixed, though and at least I'm alive and wasn't hurt.
Two more days until my vacation week starts! We're leaving for Maine on Monday, and we'll probably stop in a few states on the way. So excited!
I need a vacation VERY BADLY.
I had more to say, but I'm sick of writing in here right now. :P
||[27 Apr 2005|10:21pm]
God, WHAT is wrong with the Midwest?
STOP VOTING FOR SCOTT SAVOL.
||[24 Apr 2005|11:05pm]
People will complain about the smallest things and it drives me crazy!!!
Yeah, me complaining about others complaining is hypocritical. I know. :P

If anyone would like to humor me....
There's this new program called GreenZap. It's starting in the summer and it will be like Paypal in that you can send and receive money using their service.
Anyway, if you pre-register now, you will supposedly get $25 in your account when they go live.
I don't know if it's legit, but all you have to sign up with is your name and address.
The link is: http://www.greenzap.com and you can use promo code 'doogle' when you sign up.

Ok, we've decided to go here:
on our vacation.
It looks so pretty and I am excited++. We're going Monday through Friday and it's costing more than my trip to Jamaica, but I don't care.
I loveeeeeee beaches and the water and fishing and omg New England!!
||[16 Apr 2005|07:51pm]
Ken and I are taking a week off in May. We don't even know if we're going anywhere or just staying home, but we don't care.
I'm just so freaking happy that I won't have to see my co-workers for nine days.
I'm bored. :( We ordered breakfast this morning because we are lazy+++. It was so good, though.
I'm just waiting for 8:00 so I can get to watch home improvement shows on TLC. I'm such a nerd.
I have been crafting all day and I am almost done with a cross stitch I am making for Len and Barbara for their wedding. I just have to finish a few more stitches and then mat and frame it.
I also made her a birthday card (her birthday was yesterday). She liked it a lot! I bought a whole bunch of patterned papers and tissue papers and I used them to make the card and it came out so nice. I should have taken a picture. :(
I'm making a meatloaf for dinner and Ken is making mashed potatoes.
Nothing exciting here, as usual. :P
||[03 Apr 2005|08:29pm]
Barbara's engagement party was so much fun.
I danced way too much, though, and now my body is aching. I am clearly too old for that shit. :P The food was amazing, too. That was seriously the best cocktail hour I have ever attended and the meal itself was sooooo yummy.
My friends crack me the hell up. I have not laughed so much in a while. Sal and I made the DJ play 'Baby Got Back' and it was hysterical. Yeah, maybe you had to be there?
I can't wait until the wedding!
Oh! I am taking your advice (Rhonda and Lucus) and giving a gift for the wedding, too. I asked my mother and she was like, "Of COURSE you give a gift for both." I am so clueless.
I slept soooooooooooo much today. I usually get up pretty early on weekends, but today I slept past noon and it was divine.
Anyway, I made Beef Lo Mein for dinner tonight because that is one of Ken's favorite foods. It came out really well and I am impressed.
||[02 Apr 2005|12:30am]
So much fucking drama at my job. Like, from 50 year old women. Ugh.
Anyway, tomorrow is Barbara's engagement party. It should be fun. Sal and I have been given orders to pick up the balloons and help set them up beforehand, so I will be staking out my seat at the table and finding which plate is the winning plate (the one that gets to take home the centerpiece).
Seriously, my life is that pathetic.
We're giving them a gift for the engagement party, but I wonder if I still have to give them one at the wedding. I mean, we're flying out to Vegas, taking days off of work and renting a room for four days. Do we still need to give a gift? ADVICE, PLEASE.
The funniest part about Vegas (in August, BTW), is that it will be me, Ken and Sal in a room. We keep telling everyone at work that we got a king size bed and I'm sleeping in the middle. :p
I hate my coworkers. Have I mentioned that lately?
We played the funniest April Fool's prank on Sal today and he had no clue. I'm too lazy to type it all out, but it was good times indeed.
My life is boring as hell.

My life is all about Reality Shows.
I want Rob & Amber to win The Amazing Race and I don't know why.
I would like to do naughty things to Bo Bice from American Idol.
I accidentally told Ken that and he just shook his head and sighed.
I am a whore.
